1. Promoter
This promotion is conducted by TUFFA USA (“TUFFA”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
2. Promotion Period
The promotion runs monthly. Each entry period begins on the first calendar day of the month and ends on the last calendar day of that same month at 11:59 PM (local time).
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to legal residents of the United States aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
Employees of TUFFA and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
To enter, individuals must subscribe to the TUFFA USA newsletter via the official signup form during the Promotion Period.
Limit one (1) entry per person per month. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a USD $300 Amazon Gift Card each month.
The gift card may be used to purchase eligible products on Amazon.com in accordance with Amazon’s terms and conditions. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected at random within seven (7) days of the end of each monthly Promotion Period.
The winner will be notified via the email address provided at signup. If the winner does not respond within five (5) business days, TUFFA reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

By entering this promotion, entrants agree to receive marketing communications from TUFFA.
Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.
TUFFA reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
TUFFA reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TUFFA is not responsible for technical malfunctions, lost or delayed entries, or any other errors beyond its reasonable control.

Personal information collected will be used in accordance with TUFFA’s Privacy Policy and for the purpose of administering this promotion and future marketing communications.
